Wintonbury Early Childhood Magnet School recently involved families, staff and a local business in a “Wintonbury Outdoor Work Day” beautification project. Volunteers helped to prepare the campus’ outdoor learning spaces for the start of school. They assembled new garden beds, weeded and filled them with soil donated by Flamig Farm in Simsbury and refreshed courtyards. A core theme at Wintonbury is Scientific Inquiry.
