Bloomfield High School Student Scores Highest SAT Score in the Schools’ History!
Congratulations to Charles Fennell for scoring in the 99th percentile on his SAT! According to College Board, 1.97 million high school students took the SAT in 2024. Charles scored higher than 1,950,300 students. We are incredibly proud of his impressive achievement!

Our students participated in the UConn Financial Literacy Innovation Program at the Storrs campus! They gained valuable financial literacy skills, from budgeting to investing and more. A heartfelt thank you to our partners at the FLIP Program for making this opportunity possible.




The Young Men of Excellence Club had an amazing time at the CIAC Men of Color Leadership Conference! Special shoutout to our students, including Chris Prescott, for participating as students and staff. Chris served as a panelist and breakout presenter sharing wisdom & inspiration






Our recent Career in Trades Panel brought four accomplished professionals with over 30 years of combined experience who shared personal success stories, career insights, and practical advice, empowering students with knowledge about industry trends, resources, and career paths.

The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors graciously donated items for indoor and outdoor recess. We appreciate the generosity and are grateful to our community for the support of our students and staff.


Thanks to donations from the Bloomfield Lions Club and the collaborative efforts of the Bloomfield Social and Youth Services and the Office of Family Engagement the wreath making family workshop was an incredible event. Thank you to all that attended. We left a little more relaxed and happy to have shared the experience with our community. The smiles say it all.











Students from across the district supported the Bloomfield Food Bank located at Leisure Services as part of the 3rd Annual Stuff the Bus Food Drive. Students from Carmen Arace Intermediate School, Carmen Arace Middle School, and Bloomfield High School helped to unload the bus.
